Ted Rall has no moral higher ground to stand on, IMHO. He's been caught quote-lifting more than once. No, he hasn't stolen someone else's art that I'm aware of (it would be pretty obvious given what a poor artist he is), but he believes captions are fair game. Of course, as a progressive democrat, he gets away with theft that a conservative would be hounded out of the business for.
