You have my honest sympathy. I've sold on Amazon for years and it only gets worse as time goes by.

They have no time, staff or resources to help a customer or Seller achieve his goals, but can find all of the above to create a dedicate team to bust his chops.

Foot-dragging & mendacity is an art-form with these bums, and I've been thinking about re-locating to another site.
