None of Emma's friends and partners in this job know she's married to Cap, do they? Not even Lightning Lady? This should lead to an awkward, private conversation.

At this point LL and Des know that SOMETHING'S up, since Miss Match was fired after the big epic battle, including the one where Cap saved her. But they don't ask because it's none of their business and because their job is to steal, not to negotiate.
