Evil Inc headquarters -- secrets origins!

I may be wrong, but it looks as if the domed building is not a free-standing building but part of the large building directly behind it. I want to say it is part of the Bellevue-Stratford and the domed part would be one of the famous domed ballrooms on the 18th floor.

Very cool. But looking at Google Maps, I think that may be the back of the Bellvue-Stratford Hotel: Google aerial view [google.com] The tall white building shown is clearly the Lewis Tower: (Where the Applebee's is) [google.com] Unfortunately, Street View didn't get a clear view of the higher angles that day, and the pics of the hotel that I've found all focus on the front of the building.

I found a couple nice pictures of inside the dome if you ever need them for reference.

When I read the article about Legionaire's I thought it was only fitting, considering the Legion of Justice URL.

Funny..I always thought the Evil Inc building was based off Camden City Hall. If you look at it, they're almost identical.
