The hardest working lunatic in bad biz is currently splitting his time running three full-time evil empires: The Dark Avengers, the Dark Reign cabal and the replacement Thunderbolts.
In recognition of this malicious multi-tasking, Osborn's VQ rating hits the highest-possible mark. Something truly to be proud of.
