I had to go with Dark Knight Returns, though any fight involving Scott Pilgrim isn't far behind.

I dunno. I still like the Ghost Rider/X-men vs the Brood story arc/battle. Or, just for fun, super-powered-Doom vs. the Zombie horde (Marvel Zombies) :)
