Oculore??
In case you're a newer reader, you won't readily recognize Oculore, the creature setting up shop in the fourth panel in today's comic. He's a former employee of Evil Inc with a grudge against Evil Atom. If you read Evil Inc Annual Report Vol 1, you know a little bit more about him and how he left Evil Inc.Needless to say, we havn't seen the last of Oculore.
