New Courting Disaster Question

There's a new question on the Courting Disaster Web site.

Q: I recently broke up with my girlfriend of two-and-a-half years and I'm hurt that she's moving on so quickly. I found someone else, but everytime I see her with other guys, it tears me up inside. How can I get over this without shutting her out of my life?
