Who's Up and Who's Thwarted
Starro: He (it?) has been a huge space monster, a small cybernetic neck-attachment, and a microscopic virus. And now, in JLA #7, it has become Star-Ro -- a man-sized, intergalactic, mind-controlling starfish.... starfish.
