Back in 2009, an otherworldly entity known as the GrandGamer selected a group of Evil Inc villains to be pitted against four Legion of Justice Heroes. The winner would be granted One Wish for anything. As the lines were drawn, Evil Inc readers were presented with an NCAA-style bracket to see if they could predict the outcome.
