Phables

Today's Phables is a special, color, two-page yearend wrap-up. It hits some of the highlights of the first year of this project. It ends with the announcement, made officially at the Philly Feed podcast, that Phables will become a weekly feature of the Philadelphia Daily News in the new year. I'll be taking a brief hiatus to get geared up, and then, later in January, I'm going to start delivering Phables every Monday.

Studio Tours

CBR has launched a new feature which looks inside the studios of some prominent comics creators. They've already done a complete tour of Scott "PvP" Kurtz's studio. And, most recently, they showed the studio of Avengers artist Frank Cho (who started as a syndicated comic strip artist).
