Tooncasting

I need a little feedback from you guys. I'm thinking about making my comic available as a tooncast. In other words, for a small fee you would get some HTML code that would make my comic update on your site every day. You could have my comic, updated daily, on your MySpace page, Web site, blog, etc.

There would be no ads served. It would be just the comic and a couple links -- like one back to the Evil Inc Web site.

Here are a couple questions:

How much would you pay per month? $10? $5? $1?

How big would be too big? The comic itself is 756 px wide. Should there be a 150px-wide thumbnail that activates a link to a full-size image when clicked?

Would this be a good idea for the other comics I produce, such as Courting Disaster and Phables?

The second Sheldon book is here

From the Sheldon blog: THE BOOKS ARE HERE! And good Lord 'n Butter, they look fantastic. I've always made it a priority that the Sheldon books look and feel awesome, and I was really happy with how Pure Ducky Goodness turned out. But I've gotta be honest: The Good, The Bad & The Pugly blows it out of the water. The cover stock is nicer, the inside pages are nicer, and the strips themselves reprint with such clarity that, as an artist, I couldn't be happier. You'll be very impressed when your copy arrives.

Dave Kellett is a man on top of his game. Reading one of his comic strips is fun. Reading a bookfull and getting into his rhthym -- immersing yourself into his world -- is an absolute joy. Dave's writing has time-stopping powers. You will literally look up from his book after turning the last page and wonder where the last couple hours went.

New Courting Disaster Question

Although the column that accompanies the comic was held for a second week in a row, there was no new comic again last Friday. However, a new question has been posted on the Courting Disaster Web site.

I'm intensely attracted to a friend of mine's personality, but physically, and if you saw her you'd know I wasn't just being shallow, she's repulsive. I wouldn't mind moving to the next level with our relationship, but I'm honestly quite terrified that it might get physical. I obviously can't tell her that though, so for the moment we're just friends. Is there any way I can talk to her about this without seeming like a heartless jerk? -- Half Attracted
