Shortly after being hired as the head receptionist at Evil Inc., Lightning Lady has noticed a lot of office politics swirling around the office of her new boss, the CEO/president of Evil Inc., Evil Atom.
Dr. Haynus has always been vying for Evil Atom's position as CEO, but he has never had the super-villain credentials to pose a serious threat. Recently, he has commissioned Miss Match to design a plot to battle the city's top superhero, Captain Heroic. Haynus has also registered as one of Heroic's nemeses.
Atom, for his part, has been acting strangely as well. He immediately called in Miss Match for a conference after he found out about Haynus' plans. And he has recently removed Oculore, one of the department heads under Haynus.
Meanwhile, a few familiar faces have popped up around the office -- Samantha Miller, for example, who was the original P.R. Director for the syndicate that published "Greystone Inn," is now working P.R. for Evil Inc. |
